I was born and raised in the Modesto area and have lived here most of my life.

I graduated from Ceres High School and hold a Associates Degree in Engineering from Modesto Junior College and  a Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering from San Francisco State University. I obtained my Professional Civil Engineers license from the State of California in 2001. 

Over three decades of professional experience includes:

• Five years as a draftsman for local metal building companies
  
• Five years as a structural design engineer
  
• Ten years as a Plans Examiner with Stanislaus County and Precision Inspection/CSG Consultants
  
• Instructor of Engineering Graphics at Modesto Junior College
  
• Ten years building and running Jon Campidonica Engineering Consulting
